We are committed to preventing quality issues from leaving the factories and remedying them when they do.
The high standards we place upon our member factories include providing us detailed information on product usage, issues and troubleshooting. We have provided this information on this site, so that you, too, can be fully knowledgeable about the products you sell. We encourage you to empower yourself with this knowledge so that you can solve customer issues on the spot. We also rely on you to provide us open and honest feedback, so that we in turn can demand more improvements from the factories.
We require all factories that offer products on SourcingMap to provide warranty coverage on everything they sell. This coverage extends to the consumers that purchase the products from you. We know, however, that dealing with hundreds of factories on warranty service would be nearly impossible for you, let alone your customers, so SourcingMap will take care of all that on your behalf. Our promise is that all warranties will get honored, even if we have to honor them ourselves.
For the length of time shown here, the warranty covers parts and labor for the repair or replacement of products due defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer usage. This excludes normal wear and tear, defects from abuse or misuse, and software modifications including firmware flashing.

During the term of the warranty, customers may return defective merchandise for repair or replacement to their place of purchase or directly to SourcingMap. If a customer contacts you regarding defective merchandise, we'd suggest you help the customer through the basic troubleshooting instructions provided on this site. Should that not work, you may contact us to request warranty service, and we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to be included with the return. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA.
Your customer may also request warranty service directly from SourcingMap by contacting us at [email protected]. We'll send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form directly to your customer and work directly to his or her satisfaction.
At Sourcingmap, your satisfaction is paramount - you will always enjoy a 14-day Money Back Guarantee. It works very simple. When you make a purchase with us, regardless of value, you can return the product(s) within 14 days from the date we first shipped your order for refund or replacement.
Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or that you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us and we will issue you a FULL REFUND once we have received the product in question. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement of the same product or product of the same value.
However, the original and return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances. And we are not responsible for returned products lost in post.
