2.How do I track my order?
Simply click on My Account at the top of the site and log in if requested. Under Previous Orders, click the View button next to the order to see its current status.
For orders shipped via REGISTERED MAIL, visit the Hong Kong Post Office website to track whether your package has left for your country. You will need to provide the tracking number shown in your Order History. Postal services in many countries around the world also provide online package tracking where you can use the same tracking number to track your package. USA, Canada, Spain and Brazil are among these countries. Click here for a list of postal service websites.
For orders shipped via EMS (SPEEDPOST), visit the Hong Kong Post Office website to track your order using the tracking number provided in your Order History. On this page, you can select the destination country and determine the shipping status at your local postal service website.
For orders shipped via UPS Express, visit the UPS Tracking Information page.
Note that tracking information is not available for orders shipped via Subsidized Air Transport.

3.Where is my SUBSIDIZED AIR TRANSPORT order?
While Subsidized Air Transport offers you the best value for your money, transit time can vary from 3 days to 3 weeks for more remote, outlying areas. Typically, packages to most metropolitan areas take about 10 days. If it doesn't arrive after that amount of time, please contact us at Customer Service.

4.Where is my REGISTERED MAIL order?
REGISTERED MAIL takes a long time as a matter of process. The package needs to be registered in the Hong Kong Post Office, then in your local postal service. And finally it has to be delivered by your local postal workers. It is often over 2 weeks before the parcel shows up.
In our experience, we are notified of many unclaimed items. This occurs when postal workers leave notices in your mailboxes to collect items from the post office and those notes are lost or overlooked. Please check with your local post office if your package seems to be missing.
On some rare occasions, the package is stuck in customs. This will require you to make an inquiry at your local customs agency and possibly pay import duties. Please let us know if we can help clarify information invoices to customs.

6.Can you send me a tracking number?
We will send you a notification and tracking number via email when we ship your order. We do this for most shipping methods except Subsidized Air Transport, which doesn't offer tracking numbers. If you haven't received this email, it's probably that we haven't shipped your order, yet.
It's also possible that the notification email has been trapped by a spam filter or landed in your spam folder. Please look there. You can avoid this problem by adding our email address info@sourcingmap.com to your email address book.

7.Shipping Insurance
We offer shipping insurance for orders placed in SourcingMap. If you have paid the shipping insurance during checkout, you item is insured and just in case it was lost during transit, we will re-ship the item to you.

As local laws, systems, codes and practices vary widely among countries, we are unable to collect any taxes or duties that your local authorities may impose upon you. This is the buyer's responsibility.
